Rates & Policies Summary
Rates subject to change without notice. Rates quoted are per night. Minimum two (2) night stay required Fri-Sat. Single night reservations will be accommodated Sun-Thurs with an additional $50 service fee added to total rental costs.
Deer Path Retreat is a non-smoking facility. Guest and visitors are allowed to smoke outdoors only.

Additional guests staying on grounds sleeping in tents or campers will incur a $20.00 per guest per night charge. Individuals under the age of 18 will not be allowed to check in without an adult. Guests under the age of 18 may not be left unsupervised on the property at any time.
Pets are not allowed inside the residence at Deer Path Retreat. Pets may stay in the garage upon obtaining approval from the reservations manager. Guests must also pick up after their pets while at Deer Path.
Guests at Deer Path Retreat are welcome to have visitors during their stay. However, if your plans include an activity at which you anticipate having 15+ participants, this constitutes and Event and additional rates apply.

Events at Deer Path Retreat
Any gathering of guests & their visitors exceeding 15 people (adults & children) will be considered an event and additional rates will apply. Examples - BBQs, picnics, family reunions, rehearsal dinners, weddings, wedding receptions, graduation parties, corporate retreats etc.

Parking direction and shuttle provided for events over 25 people.
  • Event rates are in addition to all applicable lodging rates.
  • Event host required at events exceeding 25 guests. Additional $100.00 for first four (4) hours, $25.00 each additional hour. Event host will remain until all visitors (not staying at Deer Path Retreat) have left.
  • Maximum event capacity is 300. We are unable to accommodate events with more than 300 participants.
  • Events with outdoor entertainment (DJ, band, etc.) must end at 9PM Sun thru Thurs,
    10PM on Fri and Sat.
  • Dance floor must be used with outdoor entertainment and is available for rent for $350.
  • Catering and entertainment must be provided by an approved vendor and contracted separately.
  • Alcohol for events greater than 25 people must be provided by an approved vendor and contracted separately.
  • Rates include portable sanitation units.
  • All activities/events with 20 or more people must held outdoors
Reservation/Cancellation Policies
  • All reservations must be prepaid by check/credit card prior to arrival. $200 deposit required upon booking to reserve property, balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at booking. Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Visa, MasterCard and Discover only.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $50. Reservations cancelled 15-30 days prior will forfeit the $200 deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged full rental price less cleaning costs.
  • Events must be cancelled 90+ days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid late cancellation charges of 50%.
  • 24 hour notice of changes in the number of beds reserved is required to avoid additional fee of $50.
  • Check-in time is 5PM, check-out time is 11AM. Adjustments to these times may be made with prior arrangement and at an additional cost of $15 per hour of adjustment.
Damage Policy
Damage and/or replacement charges will be assessed as necessary, including, but not limited to, the following situations:
  • Burned, broken, or otherwise damaged fixtures, furniture, carpet, linens, walls, ceilings, or windows, if due to negligence or willful misuse by registered guests or their event attendees.
  • Cleaning costs associated with removal of smoking residue and smell due to smoking indoors.
  • Damage caused by or additional cleaning necessary due to pets. Pets must be approved.
  • Theft of any items.
  • Excessive trash left about the grounds.
